My Funeral Wishes

My Funeral Wishes

The National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD) together with Dying Matters*,  provide a free My Funeral Wishes document where you can record what you would like to happen at your funeral.  Setting out your wishes in this way can help spare those you leave behind from making difficult decisions at an already upsetting time.

Remember to:

  • Keep the My Funeral Wishes document updated should your circumstances change.
  • Give a copy to someone you trust (a relative, friend, GP), or let them know where they can find it.
